Refunds
Refunds on Jewelry are eligible on unworn pieces with proof of purchase and original packaging . We must received the item back in the same condition that you received it. Refunds are aplicable within 3 days of the client receiving the item.
Returns
We have a 3 day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return for exchange due to damage to the item due to shipping process. Eligible for unworn pieces with proof of purchase and original packaging. If the item is sold out we will make a refund.
Note: Sales Items are not eligible for Refunds or Returns. All sales are final with sales items.
Note: Due to the regulations of The Puerto Rico Department of Health, earrings can not be exchanged or returned. All earrings sales are final.
PRINTABLE PRODUCTS
Once a printable item is purchase it is immediately send out for printing. Make sure you have selected the right color and size before purchase. If you are not sure about the size please check the size guide or product specification provided in the description of each printable item. There are no refunds or returns on the purchase of this items. Sales are final.

Refunds & Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@sweetsummerstore.com If your return is accepted, we’ll sent you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders, printable or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Note: We are not responsible if the address entered is not correct. To return your item back to a correct address you will have to pay for shipping again. We do not give refunds on this items, we send it back with the new shipping costs.
JEWELRY CARE
All of our jewelry are carefully selected from top suppliers and inspected before we shipped them.
To longer preserve your jewelry you should clean and polish them periodically with a soft jewelry cloth. Do not wear your jewelry on water and if they got wet always remember to dry them. Please avoid chemicals, oils and bleach. Avoid contact with lotions and perfumes.
