At Sweet Summer nothing means more than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.

PROCESSING AN ORDER

We have a 5 to 7 days processing time once an item is purchased. This doesn’t include the estimate shipping time for an order to arrive specially in printable items. Take a look at the shipping estimate times chart below.

HOW DO YOU SHIP PACKAGES?

Packages from our warehouse in USA will be shipped through USPS or others depending on the weight and size of the product.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Note: This is an estimate it can take less time. The time is also estimated on the Covid-19 circumstances.

Printable products can take longer. Once one printable product is purchased it is sent to production outside Puerto Rico. We don't have control of the production time. Usually takes 5 to 10 days and then the shipping period. Note: Once the printable product is in production we cannot cancel the order or make refunds.

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 7 days, please contact us.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 3-7 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Note: We are not responsible if the address entered is not correct. To return your item back to a correct address you will have to pay for shipping again.
